As Beautiful As Your Work

No matter what the weather or mood this woman always keeps on top of her looks and her dressing style.. She has created her very own signature way of dressing which makes her unique.. She can be none other than my ever beautiful mother..amma..maa.. Sujaya Mahesh.

Amma is a former professor of home science and now is a designer and has her own boutique 'Sameeksha' in Koramangala, Bangalore. She is admired for her simple but elegant and unique kurthas she wears everyday to her gorgeous sarees with intricate detail. But all this is always teamed with her Designer Bindi, which she draws herself; her matching earrings.. not one but FOUR!! Her nails are always manicured and adorned with a classic collection of rings.. her designer leather bags.. a matching Juda Pin(hair stick) collected from all around the world..

Phew... so much detailing and she does this everyday!!! She is a fantastic, gorgeous and beautiful woman and the bestest mom!!! Love you amma!

Etched thoughts!!

Sitting at the office desk, with little work on hand and numerous thoughts running in the mind here what i feel and miss about the old college days........
The drive on my "kinetic" to college...
Entering late to class(everyday!!!)....
Getting caught in class for sitting in front bench and doing something else...
Smsing each other on the same bench...
playing games on the cell and the cell ringing in class( that used to be like a heart attack!!)
Lunch break... full of fun and masti.. grabbing on the good home food (which we hardly get now)
The Lime juice at the small counter..
The sleeping in afternoon classes.. one day everyone on my bench were sleeping and all of us got thrown out!!
Playing "Name, place animal thing" during the boring lectures..
The studpid lab sessions where we used to copy the programs!
The internal exams.. where we plead the lecturers for questions and inspite of having the questions not study!!!
The super cool friendly teachers..
triples on my kinetic!! was 20 yrs old but still strong... getting caught for riding triples..!! and the awesome studpid funny excuses we used to come up with..
Bunking and watching movies... squeezing in money till the last penny for the ticket..
The comments from the last benchers in the class!! Awesome entertainment....!
The class trips.. munnar and kodai!! kodai was peaceful, fun and only fun!! Munnar was an adventure totally with not having state permit, horrible hotel room, and speding 70 percent of the time in the disastrous bus!! But all in all was fun as we were with the best of friends!
The mass bunk efforts.. but never worked :(
begging and borrowing for notes... last moment xeroxing.. and never make use of it!!
Well so many many wondeful things which I never thought I would miss once I dont have it.. but i was extremely wrong :( I miss it so so much....
Met a lot of the wonderful friends on the alumni meet and a small gathering we had over the week and relived the moments.. but it wouldt be the same as in college as everyone is in a different world.. some studying, some married, most working and some not even in touch...
Well was nice meeting the good old people and thanks guys for reliving the same experience we had over the years...!!!
Keep in touch and love all of u!!!
